Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy offers free monthly nature walks guided by volunteer naturalists, historians and geologists. The hikes of different months are done on various nature preserves and trails all over the peninsula. All walks are fun and suitable for both adults and children. A lot of hikes are in Portuguese Bend, where you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the peninsula's rugged coastal cliffs, the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.
